Are all your items new?
Yes! Not all items are shrink wrapped and they may have wear from being handled in the store, but everything on our site is new.
When will my order ship?
All in stock orders are shipped in one business day. That means if you order on a Tuesday, your order will ship on Wednesday. If you order on a Friday, your order will ship on Monday.
When will my pre order ship?
Pre ordered items will usually ship on their release day or the day before.
What if I ordered in stock items and pre order items at the same time?
Your order will ship all together when the pre order item releases. If you have multiple pre order items with different dates, your items will all be sent at once when the last item releases.
Do I need to sign for my package?
If your order is over $350, then you'll need to be available at the delivery address to sign for the package. If you aren't available, you can reschedule the delivery online or pick your package up at your local post office.
What will the charge on my credit card say?
The charge line on your credit card statement will include "HEROESVILLA TUCSON AZ".
